The 45 minute initial consultation includes a full musculoskeletal assessment, hands on treatment and provision of an exercise rehabilitation program.

The 30 minute review consultation includes hands on treatment for your injury/condition, a physical reassessment and progression of your exercise program.

50 minute exercise sessions targeting your goals for your physical health and wellbeing in one of the most beautiful settings on the Surf Coast!

Please note you must attend a 1:1 Initial Exercise Session to be eligible for group classes.

Joe is a specialist in vestibular rehabilitation and vertigo. The Vestibular Physiotherapy session is for assessment of vestibular conditions causing vertigo such as BPPV, vestibular migraine, labyrinthitis, vestibular neuronitis and MORE! Doctors referral not required but welcome.
